This is for the owner of Shig's flowers. It only took you five weeks to reply back to my negative comments. This is so unacceptable. You have no compassion, empathy and understanding. It is disappointing to experience such incompetent and insensitive service at your flower store. The spray flowers were so ugly and very expensive. It was an embarrassing to put your flowers that you arranged on my son's casket. Like i said earlier if you can't get it out of the dead you will take it from the living.
