This is for the owner of Shig's flowers shop. It only took you five weeks to reply back to my negative comments. This is so unacceptable. You have no compassion, empathy or understanding. It is disappointing to experience such incompetent and insensitive service from your flower shop. The spray flowers were so ugly and very expensive that your staff prepared. It was an embarrassing to put the flowers on my son's casket. Like i said earlier if you can't get it out of the dead you will take it from the living.
